Mr. Berge provides real estate sales, real property valuation, review, litigation support and consulting services of residential real estate throughout the greater Los Angeles area, including portions of Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura counties. The Berge Company REALTORS and Real Estate Appraisers was founded by his grandfather, Orin Berge with offices in Alhambra and Newport Beach, CA in 1954.
He has been named as and has previously served as an expert witness in Superior Court for residential real estate and real property valuation matters. He has the education, experience, and qualifications to produce credible property value opinions that you can rely on.
