Tom has been actively involved in multifamily real estate brokerage for more than 30 years. He began his career targeting apartment investment sales at Real Estate Dynamics from 1979 to 1982.
Within MBG, Tom focuses exclusively on multi-family real estate sales. In this role, he has established a strong reputation for his creativity and experience in identifying and packaging investment opportunities. Both buyers and sellers view him as an experienced negotiator who is committed to meeting the needs of the party he represents.
Tom continues to receive industry recognition for his market acumen. He was granted the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2009. Tom has also participated in numerous panels and conferences discussing multi-family trends and activities.
