Oversees the office leasing team and identifies opportunities for new
developments, as well as supporting existing clients and strategically developing
new relationships. Tom’s extensive experience includes high-rise commercial
offices, build-to-suit projects, suburban corporate campuses, and mixed-use
developments. His depth of experience, knowledge of corporate office trends, and
ability to see the vision in each project, positions him as dynamic leader and mentor
in the office division.
Throughout his career, he has developed state-of-the-art workspaces for clients
including Vanguard, Duke Energy, Wells Fargo, and Domtar, along with art and
culture venues such as the Levine Center for the Arts campus in Uptown Charlotte
