Tom Damaschino and his long time business partner Sam Higgins opened the KBC NorCal office in early 2021. Tom began his commercial real estate career with BT Commercial in 1999 which, via multiple mergers and acquisition, morphed into Cushman & Wakefield. Over the past 20 years, Tom has become a top producer at C&W while representing institutional and regional landlords along with strategic occupier assignments.
