Tom Davis is a native Virginian who has watched and been involved in the growth seen across Northern Virginia. Coming to KT Enterprises with more than thirty years of experience in the construction industry, Tom has been involved in a wide range of projects from small tenant build-outs under $50K to large-scale projects with budgets well over $25M. While these projects are all very different, one thing you will always find is Tom’s commitment to professionalism, thorough oversight, communication with the team, and the meeting of deadlines. When Tom isn’t working, he volunteers for housing projects at Gabriel Homes, a non-profit that operates homes and creates programs that promote independence for adults with developmental disabilities.
