Tom Egan has been in the commercial real estate business for approximately 30 years and has specialized in retail real estate for 20 years. Tom started his career in the management training program with Nooney Management Company in 1985 and also spent 2 years with the Mills Group. In 1991 Tom joined Wm. Boudoures Co. and has since concentrated on retail real estate including retail tenant representation, leasing, sales, and disposition. As the list of clients indicates, Tom has successfully represented some of the nation’s largest retailers throughout the Midwest.
