Mr. Grunnah has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1989 and specializes in all categories of land and investment property transactions. After 15 years with the Henry S. Miller Company, Tom became a partner with Novus Realty Advisors, which later merged with Younger Partners in 2017.
Mr. Grunnah has been recognized as an annual Top Ten Producer with HSM, Novus and Younger over many years and several times as the #1 Top Producer.
