Tom is a Director in the investment team at FMX with over 13 years’ of experience in the retail investment market. Within this time Tom has forged close relationships with a number of institutions clients along with a number of property companies and high net worth investors. Tom has an in-depth knowledge of the national retail market having transacted in the majority of major town in the UK.
Tom joined Fawcett Mead in 2010 as a graduate having previously worked at Fineman Ross between 2006-2007 and JLL focusing on the purchase and sale of retail and mixed-use assets in the UK.
