Mr. Horton has been actively involved in the real estate appraisal profession since 2014 and joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2021 as a Director of Valuation & Advisory completing assignments in Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska. Over the years, Mr. Horton has worked in the commercial real estate valuation field, where he has conducted research, prepared and reviewed appraisals.
