Tom Hutton serves as Executive Vice President at Boyle Investment Company, where he oversees risk management, marketing, and personnel, in addition to playing a key role in shaping the firm’s operational strategy. Based in Memphis, Hutton has been with Boyle since 2001, building a career in commercial leasing and property management, where he has managed millions of square feet of office properties across the Mid-South. Before joining Boyle, Hutton worked in commercial sales and leasing with Trammell Crow Company. Prior to entering the real estate industry, he played professional football in the National Football League as a punter with the Philadelphia Eagles (1995–1998) and Miami Dolphins (1999). Hutton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Tennessee and holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Active in the professional community, he is a member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. In addition to his real estate career, Hutton is deeply engaged in civic and educational initiatives. He previously served as Chairman of the Board of the Bodine School and remains an active volunteer with Memphis Gridiron Ministries. He also serves on the Board of Trustees at Memphis University School.
