Before starting Kendall Commercial Advisors, Tom worked as a Sales & Leasing Associate in the Minneapolis office of CB Richard Ellis. During his tenure with CB Richard Ellis, Tom assisted clients with a variety of consulting and transaction assignments ranging from property marketing and leasing to corporate relocation. Prior to working in commercial real estate, Tom worked in B2B sales in the technology and environmental service industries.
