Tom is a co-founder of APEX and brings over 19 years of experience in the UK logistics and industrial property sector.
He has worked extensively with many of the leading investors, developers and occupiers in the logistics market, providing expert advice on leasing and development agency. Tom specialises in advising clients on the disposal of existing buildings and on development strategies for large-scale logistics projects across the UK.
Prior to founding APEX, Tom held senior roles at Cushman & Wakefield (following its acquisition of Burbage Realty Partners in 2022), Avison Young (following the acquisition of North Rae Sanders in 2016) and DTZ.
