Tom Lischak has spent the last 19 years in the Commercial Real Estate Industry, following 33 years in the automotive field, where he managed new car dealerships and owned a Goodyear Tire and Service Center. Tom's passion for real estate began over forty years ago with his first multi-family investment. Throughout his career, he has invested in multi-families, single-tenant commercial properties, and a multi-tenant plaza. His experience as a real estate investor and landlord provides him with a unique perspective in guiding clients.
Tom earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, a distinction held by less than 10% of commercial agents. He is a Past President of the Upstate New York CCIM Chapter and a current Board Member. As a specialist in lease and sale transactions, he has consistently been a top producer, earning multiple awards, including Salesperson of the Month and Agent of the Year. In 2014, he founded Bridgeway Commercial Realty, achieving annual and quarterly CoStar Power Broker status and recognition for regional deals of distinction.
Tom is an avid billiards player. He also enjoys racing and has competed in the Skip Barber and Jim Russell Racing Series, while following Formula One and participating in local kart racing with his son.
