Tom is a director of Development at the Minneapolis office of Scannell Properties. He is responsible for managing and expanding the company’s development pipeline nationwide, including site selection, land negotiations, design, entitlements, construction, lease negotiations, client services and business development.
Prior to joining Scannell Properties, Tom was a technical engineer at Target Corporation, where he managed technical logistics within the distribution centers. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota.
