Bio
Tom joined Tritax Group in September 2023 and is responsible for leading the development related activities across the group. Tom brings a wealth of experience in development, acquisitions, asset management and leasing. He joined from St Modwen Logistics where he led on the delivery of several strategic land development projects as well as the acquisition of new development land opportunities. Prior to that, Tom worked at SEGRO plc, where he began his career.
Tom graduated with a BSc in Real Estate at the University of Reading and became a qualified Chartered Surveyor in 2019.
