Tom’s track record is truly impressive with his recent notable deals include the sale of the 1.6 MSF Normandale Lake Office Park; the sale of 10 West End, a 344,000 SF office building; the sale of Thrivent’s 261,000 SF headquarters; and the sale of a variety of single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial and medical office properties. Prior to Colliers, Tom spent 24 years at Cushman & Wakefield as an Executive Director with the Capital Markets team, where he specialized in the sale of office, industrial, and medical office assets.
