Tom O’Brien is the CEO and Co-Founder of Rocky Point Partners, where he leads the firm’s development and management initiatives across residential, mixed-use, and self-storage projects in Central Ohio. Since co-founding the company in 2017, Tom has specialized in entitlement processes, property development, and short-term and long-term rental management.
Prior to Rocky Point Partners, Tom managed the largest boutique short-term rental management company in the Columbus market, giving him unique insight into operational efficiency and guest experience. His extensive background in real estate development and property management positions him as a key driver of the firm’s growth and success.
