Tom Opsahl joined Gaughan Companies in November 2016 as a Sales and Leasing Associate, bringing extensive commercial real estate knowledge and experience to the team. Licensed in real estate since 2002, Tom offers deep industry insight built on years of successful transaction experience.
Tom earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business from Gustavus Adolphus College. With many years in the commercial real estate industry, he understands the critical role that research, creativity, and perseverance play in delivering results. His client-focused approach centers on spending time in the field—touring properties, asking thoughtful questions, and listening closely—allowing him to identify tailored solutions that best meet each client’s goals.
