Tom joined Heartwood Collection in 2011 as an Assistant Manager at Brasserie Blanc and has since held a variety of operational roles, including General Manager, Operations Manager, and Regional Director. He was appointed Operations Director in 2022 and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of both the Group’s pubs and brasseries.
