Tom joined Paloma in September 2021. He was previously at The Crown Estate, responsible for the asset management of over 1.5m sq ft of retail space on Regent Street, forming the Central London Portfolio. Tom developed a strong track record for maximising returns and delivering on strategy for the £8bn portfolio; the largest in the West End.
Tom started his career at Lambert Smith Hampton in 2014. He has a BSc (Hons) degree in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
