Tom is a former Naval Officer and graduate of the California Maritime Academy but he''s been a resident of Seattle since the middle seventies. He''s also a graduate of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, London and MBA student at Seattle University. After having spent several years working overseas managing marine transportation assets and operations Tom found Puget Sound real estate to be a more attractive investment market. Since the early nineties Tom has invested in, managed, and sold real estate. His objectives are to provide his clients with sound investment advice, negotiation guidance, and diligence in covering all aspects of the transaction.
