Bio
Tom is the founder and managing partner of the Torron Group. He is a graduate of Penn State in Civil Engineering and a registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania. He has been a consulting engineer in Pennsylvania for over 32 years. During this time he has been an integral part of much of the residential and commercial planning and development that has helped shape the dynamic Central Pennsylvania region
