Tom has been a full-time licensed broker for over 25 years. The date is extremely easy to remember, June 16th, 1995. What makes it so easy to remember? Because he left the restaurant business and started selling real estate full time the day his son, Adam, was born.
Over Tom's 25 years in the business, he is experienced both the up and down markets selling over eight hundred homes and his business has continued to grow through satisfied clients, referrals and actively searching for those he can assist. Real estate companies love to give out plaques and awards and he has several boxes full in his attic. On his office walls and desk, you will find pictures of his family (Lisa and our kids Adam & Katie) not plaques and awards. He is also trained other brokers and been a panel member speaking to hundreds of other brokers on “how” he has chosen to run his business.
What Tom's most grateful for (in his real estate business) is the relationships he has built with his clients over the years. Receiving a call from a previous client, not because they want to buy or sell a home (although those calls are great!), but because they just have a question about real estate and consider him a resource makes his day.
