Tom represents users and tenants of distribution and manufacturing properties throughout Dallas/Fort Worth, as well as throughout the United States.
During his 27 year career, Tom has completed over 600 transactions, and has consistently been recognized as a Dallas Business Journal Heavy Hitter, and one of Dallas Fort Worth’s top brokers. Tom has become an expert in assisting manufacturing and distribution companies in assessing their most feasible options, in connection with lease renewals, facility expansions, consolidation and relocations, and provides expert guidance through the entire process.
