Tom is a Chartered Surveyor in the EMEA Occupier Services department and the UK Enterprise Clients team based in London West End. He is an Estates and Transactional Manager, advising a number of clients globally and specifically across the EMEA region on lease advisory, strategic portfolio management, property management, acquisitions and disposals for all asset types.
Tom joined Colliers in 2020 as a placement student before returning in 2022 on the graduate programme. Prior to working in EMEA Occupier Services, Tom was in the Valuation & Advsiory Services department at Colliers. Tom qualified as a Chartered commercial property surveyor in May 2024.
