Tom joined MCRE Management Partners, LLC in 2013. He oversees MCRE’s property management and leasing for its portfolio entities. Mr. Wouters also assists with acquisition due diligence and spearheads MCRE disposition efforts. (MCRE Management Partners, LLC is a direct affiliate of Murchison Commercial Real Estate, Inc.)
Prior to joining MCRE, Tom was President of Realty Capital Corporation (“RCC”) and while at RCC, he was directly involved in the acquisition, development and disposition of over 500,000 SF of retail shopping centers, medical and office buildings and approximately 200,000 SF of industrial space in DFW and Austin, Texas. Mr. Wouters’ relationship with MCRE began in 1999, when he developed a 20,000 sf Indian Creek Ranch office building in a joint venture with MCRE. Mr. Wouters later acquired numerous sites for single building developments, build-to-suit and mixed use development.
Mr. Wouters earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University in 1994.
