Tomas Wilson is a Director with Lee & Associates – Dallas/Fort Worth, specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial land, buildings, and outside storage properties throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. He represents investors, developers, property owners, and businesses in acquisitions, dispositions, lease transactions, and site-selection assignments. Since beginning his brokerage career in 2024, Wilson has participated in transactions totaling more than $47 million in consideration and encompassing over 366,000 square feet.
Wilson advises clients across a broad range of industrial real estate opportunities, including investment sales, owner-user acquisitions, tenant and landlord representation, industrial land, and outside storage properties.
