Tommy Lovell joined Marcus & Millichap in 2002 and is duly responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships and developing the sales strategy for multifamily engagements. Tommy is integrally involved in all phases of the marketing process, including the oversight of transactions.
With more than eight years of experience in brokering investment properties, Mr. Lovell has negotiated the sales of more than $575M in multi-housing transactions throughout the state of Texas.
As an Associate Director of the National Multi Housing Group he represents private and institutional clients in the disposition of core, non-core and REO assets. His specialties include valuation, transaction execution, marketing, sales negotiations and escrow management.
