Tommy Stuebe is a vice president with Kidder Mathews Valuation Advisory Services in the Downtown Los Angeles office. Tommy specializes in the valuation of multifamily housing projects in the Southern California region. He has worked in commercial real estate valuation for over three years, starting his career with CBRE in 2021. At CBRE, Tommy worked with a team specializing in market studies and appraisals of market-rate and affordable multifamily properties. This included appraisals for financial institutions, state tax credit agencies, HUD, FNMA, FHLMC and state and local government agencies; market studies for HUD, state tax credit agencies and state local agencies; and Rent Comparable Studies (RCS) for HUD.
Prior to his real estate career, Tommy was a student at UCLA studying mathematics. While at UCLA he interned as a solar photovoltaic analyst and financial analyst for Scylla Microgrid. He also cofounded the Numerical Analysis Club at UCLA in 2019 and served as vice president of the club until his graduation in December of 2020.
Tommy is currently a JD Candidate at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles’s Evening program and plans to graduate in 2028.
