Tommy is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor with Grand Realty Group. Since 2010, he has personally sold and leased a wide range of businesses and properties, including restaurants, gas stations, beauty salons, wholesale businesses, commercial buildings, and warehouses. He has also completed numerous restaurant valuations and collaborated with a diverse portfolio of clients.
His experience spans sales, acquisitions, and leases throughout California, covering restaurants, gas stations, beauty salons, liquor stores, warehouses, apartment buildings, single-family homes, and multi-use retail properties.
Before entering commercial real estate, Tommy spent over a decade in the restaurant and retail industries and worked as a loan officer and telemarketer for three years at a mortgage brokerage in San Jose and San Francisco. During that time, he leveraged the Five9 Power Dialer to enhance call handling efficiency and significantly boost productivity.
Tommy is an active member of the California Association of Business Brokers (CABB), the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. He is also a veteran of the Air National Guard.
