Toni Floyd joined Hayes Commercial Group in 2015 and soon earned a reputation for creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and outstanding service. She is fluent in the full spectrum of commercial and investment property types, representing landlords, tenants, sellers, and buyers. As a crucial member of Liam Murphy’s brokerage team, Toni has been instrumental in managing corporate leasing portfolios for companies with locations throughout the country. She has been involved in more than 450 commercial leases and sales totaling more than $230 million in transaction value.
A native of Texas, Toni fell in love with the South Coast during a visit after college. In 2015, she finally realized her dream of moving to Santa Barbara, which also allowed her to live closer to her two adult daughters. She has been a licensed agent since 2017.
