Toni Wodzicki is a key stakeholder in overseeing Broccolini’s industrial development projects across Ontario from their inception and acquisition, through to delivery, ensuring their feasibility, quality, and ultimate success. From highly specialized design builds to best-in-class spec projects, Toni works closely with local stakeholders to maintain flexibility and ensure project success for both the municipalities and Broccolini.
Prior to Broccolini, Toni spent 8 years as a principal at Avison Young in Toronto. Toni takes tremendous pride in knowing that he is helping to shape the future fabric of Ontario's regions and municipalities in a mindful, sustainable, and lasting way.
