Tony has over 50 years experience, acting in senior roles with Connell Wilson, Lambert Smith Hampton, the original Drake Commercial and Bidwells. After reforming Drake & Partners in 2008, Tony is one of the original Partners of the team and his track record speaks for itself. A winner of the RICS Award for ‘Service Above and Beyond the Call of Duty‘ and the IAS Award for Best Deal in Excess of 50,000 sq ft. He has also acted as an Ambassador for Northamptonshire.
Tony now acts as a consultant, specialising in the industrial and business space sectors, with a focus on Agency, Lease Advisory, Valuations and General Consultancy work. He is a Chartered Surveyor (Fellow) and a Registered Valuer. Tony is also a member of the Industrial Agents Society.
