Tony Roberts is a Senior Appraiser with over 10 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience. Mr. Roberts is in the Valuation & Advisory Services Group’s Detroit (Southfield) office in the North Central Region. His primary geographical location is the state of Michigan. Prior to joining CBRE in 2007, Mr. Roberts was a Senior Analyst with Bernard Financial Group in Southfield, MI.
Mr. Roberts’ experience encompasses a wide variety of existing as well as proposed commercial properties including industrial, office, retail, multi-family, MHPs/MHCs, funeral homes, seniors living facilities, low income housing tax credit properties, churches, schools, vacant land, and mixed-use developments. His areas of specialty include industrial, self storage, and student housing properties. His appraisal and consulting experience includes report preparation for financing as well as tax assessment appeal, collateral monitoring, acquisition and disposition, and estate planning.
Mr. Roberts is a member of the National Self Storage Valuation Group. As part of this group, Mr. Roberts has appraised numerous proposed and existing self storage facilities throughout the state of Michigan and northern Ohio.
