otcher & Co Commercial were established in 1991 by Tony Scotcher.
Born and raised on the Island, Tony followed his father and uncle into local estate agents Sir Francis Pittis & Son in 1979. In the mid 1980’s that company was taken over by Prudential Property Services, during which time, Tony was tasked with establishing a branch of the agency to specialise purely in commercial properties.
As part of a management buyout in 1990, Tony took the bold step of taking on the business in his own name, and has subsequently acted for numerous clients throughout the Island and beyond. Over the years he has witnessed the ups and downs of the local market and helped thousands of clients achieve the best results possible in changing conditions.
Scotcher & Co Commercial remains a family business, with Tony now joined by his wife Sarah and daughter Emily. Together, they continuing to offer an excellent agency service throughout the Island that is second to none.
