Tonya has been with Saint Paul Port Authority since 2008 and is the director of strategic development. In this role she manages tenant relations, business attraction, retention and expansion activities, and community engagement.
Prior to joining the Saint Paul Port Authority, Tonya spent nine years working for the City of Woodbury holding positions in the City’s Finance, Assessing and Public Works Departments. She holds her real estate license and currently serves on the Saint Paul Business Review Council (BRC) and is an active board member for both the Midway Area Chamber of Commerce and East Side Area Business Association.
