Bio
Christopher “Topher” Van Mourick joined Q10 | Westcap at its inception in May 2007, and specializes in originating commercial real estate loans through its exclusive and semi-exclusive network of lenders, including Life Insurance Companies, Conduits (CMBS), Banks, and Debt Funds. Mr. Van Mourick focuses on developing long-term relationships with the clients he represents and brings his extensive knowledge of the capital markets and keen attention to detail into providing the best possible alignment between his clients and the appropriate capital sources. Mr. Van Mourick has been directly involved in the origination and underwriting of more than $1.5 Billion in closed loans to date, and is a recipient of Q10 Capital’s President’s Club Award for annual loan production in excess of $100 million.
Prior to joining Q10 | Westcap, Mr. Van Mourick began his commercial real estate career with Invest West Financial Corporation, a real estate and private equity investment firm located in Santa Barbara, California, after receiving his BA from Westmont College in Business & Economics.
Topher resides in San Clemente, CA with his wife Kirsten, and their two boys: Ryder and Jack, where they enjoy life in and around the ocean. In his free time, Topher can be found surfing, paddling, fishing, and strumming on his ukulele.
