Bio
Traci joined CenterCal Properties in 2019, bringing over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. During her 6 years at CenterCal, she has applied her strategic merchandising and leasing expertise to numerous CenterCal and third-party assets. Her projects include Nyberg Rivers, Nyberg Woods, The Trails at Silverdale, Terminal at Ballard, Mercato Grove, Valley Mall, Black Hawk Plaza, and The Veranda. Additionally, she led the leasing efforts for a third-party mall in Manhattan, Kansas, positioning it for sale. Traci currently oversees leasing at The Collection at Riverpark in Oxnard, CA, Westchester, CA, and The Village at Meridian in Boise, Idaho.
Before joining CenterCal, Traci served as Senior Leasing Manager at Macerich in Arizona, where she was responsible for merchandising and leasing assets such as Chandler Fashion Center, The Biltmore Fashion Park, and Scottsdale Fashion Square. She also spent five years as Vice President of Retail Services at CBRE, representing institutional clients including Washington Prime, Invesco, Vestar, iStar, Kimco, Brixmor, and Vintage Partners.
Ms. Russell attended Indiana University, where she earned a BA in Psychology and Sociology with a minor in Speech Communications. She currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she enjoys spending time with friends and family, attending sporting events, participating in outdoor activities, and traveling. She has been an active member of ICSC for over 20 years.
