I have 30 years of experience in the multifamily industry currently with Palms Associates, overseeing 1474 residential units. I have held a variety of property management positions throughout my career such as Leasing Professional, Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, Senior Property Manager, and District/Regional Manager. I am proud to have worked for nationally recognized companies such as Forrest City and Berkshire Property Advisors where I was promoted into a District Manager role, overseeing a portfolio of 1422 units. Prior to joining Palms Associates, I was a Regional Manager with Bonaventure Realty Group where I managed a portfolio of 1250 units. I have extensive experience in a variety of property types from lease up, rehabilitation, mixed use, high-rise, low-income tax credit, bond and senior communities. I have a proven track record with development, due diligence, acquisition and disposition of assets. My career started in the Hampton Roads, Virginia market where I remain today. I was awarded Regional Property Manager of the Year in 2008 by the Peninsula Apartment Council and held CAM and CAPS designations.
