Tracie joined Transwestern in 2014 as a part of the Minneapolis Office Advisors Team along with Reed Christianson and Erin Wendorf. The team provides leasing, marketing and advisory services for office owners, investors, and developers in the Minneapolis market. As a brokerage and marketing coordinator, she is responsible for maintaining leasing reports, organizing showings, drafting proposals, compiling research, organizing broker events, creating comparable sales data, marketing reports, and creating and producing marketing materials.
With her in-depth role in each asset, she is able to fully understand each building’s needs, and creates marketing materials that generates a buzz and deliver that differentiating factor, which has contributed to her team’s success in the Minneapolis market over the last 5 years.
