A truly driven professional, Tracy embarked on her real estate career in 1996 and elevated her licensure status from salesperson to broker only 15 months later. Immediately thereafter, she opened her own brokerage firm, Touchstone Realty, Inc. and by 1999 - only her third year in real estate - she was ranked among the top agents in Massachusetts. Soon after, she joined Keller Williams Realty as a top-producing agent.

Tracy earned a B.A. in Economics from Wellesley College and an M.S. in Resource Management and Administration from Antioch New England Graduate School.
