Tracy Brunetti is a Senior Managing Director and leads Property Management operations in the Southern California region. Tracy is heavily involved in strategic client relationships and business development efforts. She has over thirty-four years of experience in the multifamily industry with expertise in value-add rehab positioning, class A lease-ups, predevelopment consulting, and interior design. Tracy excels at managing communities by focusing on property strategy, asset management, analysis, marketing, and sales training.
Before joining Greystar, Tracy was Division President-West Coast with Alliance Residential. While with Alliance, she oversaw 175 communities and 37,500 units throughout California, Oregon, and Washington. Tracy holds her Certified Property Manager designation and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Apartment Associations of Los Angeles, San Diego, and Inland Empire.
Tracy attended the University of Houston and the Chamberlain School of Real Estate.
