Bio
With more than three decades of experience across both tenant and landlord representation, Tracy brings one of the most seasoned and respected voices in Pacific Northwest retail real estate. Her career spans nearly 40 years and reflects a rare combination of corporate leadership, market strategy, and hands-on transactional expertise. Tracy previously served as Director of Development and Real Estate Manager for Starbucks, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s national footprint. In that role, she secured locations, led strategic market rollouts, and completed more than 2,500 transactions across the country. Her experience at the corporate level gives her a deep understanding of how real estate decisions impact brand growth, operations, and long-term performance. Since transitioning into brokerage and advisory work, Tracy has become a trusted partner to national, regional, and local brands entering or expanding throughout the Pacific Northwest. She advises a diverse roster of retailers across food, fitness, service, and specialty categories, guiding clients through site selection, lease negotiation, portfolio strategy, and market entry with clarity and precision. Her landlord work includes assignments for some of the region’s most prominent owners and mixed-use environments, where she is valued for her ability to align tenant mix, long-term vision, and market demand. Known for her unmatched market knowledge, Tracy is a strategic problem-solver who brings insight, credibility, and perspective to every assignment. Her influence can be seen across the retail fabric of the Pacific Northwest, where she has helped shape districts, corridors, and communities through disciplined, forward-looking real estate strategy.
