Tracy is responsible overseeing multifamily operations for a portfolio 30+ of assets within North and South Carolina and Georgia. Tracy has been with My Niche Apartments for 8 years. Tracy has worked in the industry for 27 years, and holds her CAM and CAPS designations, in addition to being a licensed NC Broker-In-Charge. She previously held property management roles with Trammell Crow and Delphi Development, an Asheville-based developer. Tracy has handled multiple projects from pre-development stage through lease-up and stabilization. In her spare time, Tracy enjoys spending time with her husband John, three children Liam, Ethan and Abigail and a super silly dog named Lucky.
