Tracy is the daughter of one of the two women who founded Real Estate Two, Inc. and the daughter of a well-established builder in the area. As a result, Tracy has grown up vicariously and literally in the real estate and construction business her entire life. Tracy has over 2 decades of full-time real estate experience herself. She also has experience working in the mortgage department at Peoples Bank. Tracy is a 1993 graduate of the University of Hartford with a bachelor’s degree in business. Is also a graduate of the Floyd Wickman’s Master Sales Academy. Tracy holds her Brokers License. Tracy specializes in new home sales including first-time homebuyers, residential, condominiums, new construction, and investment properties. She prides herself in repeat business and referrals and her network extends far beyond her community. Tracy is a consistent multi-million producer. Raised in Shelton, Tracy now raises her children there and is continually active in the community.
