Tracy serves as Vice President Director of Property Management for the San Antonio region Property Management service line. Tracy develops growth for the Property Management service line in San Antonio, Texas. Has successfully grown the the property management division by 2.7 million square feet in one year. Tracy oversees the management division of office, healthcare, and industrial totaling 4.1 million square feet, 34 properties while leading a team of 32 Senior General Managers, General Managers, Assistant General Managers, Property Assistants and Engineers. In addition, personally manages a portfolio of 460,000 square feet on behalf of institutional and private investors.
Tracy brings 33 years of commercial real estate experience in Class A office, healthcare, industrial, retail assets, facility management and property associations. Her skills include strong financial acumen, developing high performing teams, implementing best practices for efficient building, staff and vendor operations
