Travis Niles was born and raised in the Arlington and Mansfield area. He attended Pantego Christian Academy, and graduated in 2009. During which, Travis, who is son of Kim and Kip Niles owners and operators of Arlington Motorsports (recreational power sports dealership) where he was involved with sales, finance, parts department and service department very early in his life. When he was 15 started owned and ran a successful paintball sales business. Was also employed by the City of Arlington as a lifeguard with the Recreation and Aquatics Division. After high school he started purchasing renovating and managing residential real estate. He has experience with single family homes, duplexes, four-plexes, apartment complexes, retail, office, and office warehouse investment property. Travis Niles has been the leading Managing Member For Affordable Attractive Realty since 2008 purchasing 48 property's and managing over a 100 units for a family owned real estate portfolio.
