Travis Tiede, SIOR, joined Newmark in 2019 when the firm acquired MLG Commercial, which he joined in 2012. Travis currently serves as Managing Director in Newmark’s Milwaukee office where he specializes in the industrial sector, assisting clients locally and nationally with all aspects of their industrial real estate needs. From their distribution and manufacturing network strategy to location selection, facility design, and ultimately to acquisitions and dispositions of industrial assets. His services include Tenant and Buyer representation, marketing freestanding and multi-tenant buildings for sale or lease, and selling industrial investment property and industrial land. Travis is well-known for his ability to create new real estate relationships, creative problem-solving skills and his ability to think like an owner on behalf of his clients.
Travis began his commercial real estate career in 2008 and has earned an excellent reputation in the commercial real estate industry. He has been promoted multiple times at MLG Commercial and Newmark and recently received his (SIOR) Society of Industrial and Office Realtors designation. He is also the secretary of the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW).
