Trent prides himself on cultivating strong industry relationships and utilizing experience to maximize value for all potential acquisitions. Before joining The Staenberg Group, Trent was one of Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors’ original employees, specializing in transactional advisory services for seniors housing and healthcare real estate. Throughout his real estate career, Trent’s track record includes a total volume exceeding $500M. Trent is a graduate of DePaul University in Chicago, and outside the office, enjoys cooking, wine, traveling, and the great outdoors.
