Trent Smith, Managing Director for Mohr Partners, Inc., joined the company in 2006. As Managing Director, he focuses on providing superior transaction management on behalf of tenants and occupiers.
Trent brings a wealth of industry knowledge while advising his clients, including extensive experience with “green” LEED-certified projects, development planning and zoning, and great financial acumen. His strong work ethic, dedication, and loyalty enable him to exceed and add tremendous value to his clients’ commercial transactions.
Trent can identify real estate needs for corporations in a variety of industries. Trent’s client base includes office, manufacturing, warehouse, and retail users. He specializes in organizational strategy, lease and sale negotiations, renewals, renegotiations, and relocations.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Trent worked as an Associate for Emerson Partners. He served on a team in charge of a $500 million multi-use development that included retail, office, town-homes, and condominiums. While earning his Business Degree at Texas Tech University, he was a member of the engineering team, working under the Vice President of Engineering for the aeronautics division of Legend Airlines.
